Products & Services
We offer digital downloads including photographs, digital artwork, and media files, as well as physical prints and products including photographic prints, wall art, and related merchandise. All products are created and sold under the Behind the Neon Media brand, a DBA of Behind the Neon LLC.

Digital Downloads – All Sales Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final. Once a digital file has been delivered or accessed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued. You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your devices and software prior to purchase.

Physical Prints & Products – All Sales Final
All physical products are custom-produced. Because these items are made to order, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within five business days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Approved claims will be replaced at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Copyright & Ownership
All images, digital files, and media content sold remain the exclusive intellectual property of Behind the Neon LLC. Your purchase does not transfer copyright ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.

Personal Use License
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all purchases are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Personal use includes displaying in your home, posting on personal social media with credit to Behind the Neon Media, and personal printing for private use. You may not use the images for advertising, marketing, promotion, business, brand, team, or sponsor purposes. You may not sell, license, distribute, alter and resell, or provide the images to third parties including teams, sponsors, or media outlets.

Commercial Event & Team Usage Restrictions
Images captured at motorsports events, races, competitions, and sponsored activities are strictly restricted. Purchasing an image does not grant team usage rights, sponsor usage rights, brand usage rights, promotional usage rights, or commercial usage rights. This includes team websites, sponsor marketing, social media promotion for businesses, press releases, advertisements, merchandise, wraps, banners, or signage. Any commercial, promotional, or team-related use requires a separate written commercial license agreement with Behind the Neon LLC. Unauthorized commercial use will result in immediate invoicing at commercial licensing rates and may include takedown notices or legal action.

Commercial Licensing
If you are a brand, sponsor, team, driver, organization, media outlet, or business entity and wish to use any images for commercial, promotional, advertising, or branding purposes, you must obtain a separate commercial license agreement. No Model or Property Releases
Unless explicitly stated, no model releases, property releases, or venue releases are provided with image purchases. Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring their intended use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and agreements.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for digital downloads, custom print products, or services rendered. If you have an issue with your order, you must contact us directly at [your email address] before disputing any charge. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent banning from future purchases, collection efforts, and legal action.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Behind the Neon LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. All products are provided as is without warranties of any kind.

Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.
